The ground-floor dormitory, Noe’s Nest, adds 6 single bunk beds and 2 sofa-cum-beds, taking the villa up to 17 guests with prior approval.
Guests above standard occupancy may carry an extra charge, which we quote in writing before you confirm.

Places to spread out — and come together
The 550 sq ft living room has a projector for movie nights, the dormitory lounge has indoor games, and the 510 sq ft terrace café seats 18 for long meals. When the group splits, someone can be in the pool, someone at the terrace bar and someone reading in the sit-out.
What to know before you book
Dyna is for relaxed stays, not events: parties are not permitted and noise must stay moderate. A refundable ₹10,000 deposit applies, and every guest needs a photo ID at check-in.
