A few simple rules for a good stay
Dyna is a quiet hillside villa. These keep it that way for you, your neighbours and the next guests.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Need earlier or later? Ask us — we will try to fit it around other bookings.
Guests
Standard occupancy is 6 guests; up to 17 can stay. Guests beyond standard occupancy need prior approval and may carry an extra charge.
Photo ID
Every guest must show a valid photo ID at check-in. Foreign nationals also need to provide Form C.
No parties or events
Dyna is for stays with family and friends. We do not host parties, events or shoots. Please keep noise moderate at all times — the hills carry sound.
Smoking
Smoking is allowed outdoors only, never inside the rooms.
Pets
Pets are welcome and must be supervised at all times, including around the pool.
Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping and cleaning are included and mandatory.
Security deposit
A refundable ₹10,000 security deposit is collected and returned at check-out, subject to inspection.
Damage & belongings
Please report any damage immediately; repair or replacement charges may apply. Lock doors and windows when you go out — management is not responsible for loss or theft of belongings.
